As an endeavor to develop the skills of organisation, creativity, and teamwork among the students, the house or the team system is of great importance to school life. It inculcates the spirit of healthy competition among the students. Equally important are the Inter House Competitions, renowned for being the liveliest events in the school calendar.
At MSS World School, we have four teams- Harmony, Wisdom, Resilience, and Endeavour. these names represent certain attributes and qualities. Each house has two house mistresses (teachers), a house captain, and a vice-captain. The goal of each team is to provide maximum opportunities for participation to the students. Each team member believes that good teams become great ones when the members trust each other enough, and it is the motto of great teamwork that our team members display during inter-house competitions.
