Most of the faculty hold advanced degrees and are trained. These experienced facilitators for different International Programs are also committed to ongoing professional development. Others with qualified degrees will undergo continuous professional training while working with children. All teachers, after induction, also get enrolled in the Cambridge Teaching and Learning Certification Program.
